SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Cost & Time

  • We provide free delivery on all orders worldwide.
  • We currently offer one standard delivery option which includes a 3-7 day processing period after payment confirmation and 8-12 days of transit time.
  • Orders are dispatched immediately after processing and cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Note: transit times may vary slightly for regions outside of Europe and North America.

Shipping Carrier

  • The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been processed, we will provide a shipping confirmation update via email or through your account. 
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the respective shipping carrier's website or via our tracking page.

Incorrect Address

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order. We can update the address during processing, however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the package is in transit.

Delivery Issues & Exceptions

  • If your package is significantly delayed or if there are any issues with the delivery, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, in rare cases there may be situations beyond our control that could cause delays or delivery issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages
  • In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue.
