REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Modifications/Cancellation

  • You have a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) after placing your order to request order modification, a change of address or cancellation. The 72 hour period falls within the early stages of processing where changes can still be made. Orders that that have passed this period are due to be shipped and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Damaged/Incorrect Order

  • We accept nothing less than the highest product quality, however mistakes can occur as we process high order volumes. We apologise in advance should this occur with your order and always aim to resolve such occurrences. If you encounter this please head to our returns centre and open a request. From there we will verify the issue and can proceed with a refund or send out a replacement.

Order Not Received

  • In rare instances, logistical delays can strongly affect our delivery timelines. If your item has not arrived after 28 days after placing your order, please contact our support team and we will address it promptly. IMPORTANT: We cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing/incomplete/incorrect destination information provided by the customer. In these cases, the cost to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
  • We are also not liable for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges for items that are unworn and unwashed and still have their product tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
  • You can initiate a return or exchange directly through our returns centre
  • No return labels are currently provided and customers must provide return shipping themselves.
  • 'Wrong size' is not a valid reason for a return, unless the item does not adhere to our sizing guide. However, we can do exchanges if the item doesn't fit as desired.
  • 'Delivery was too long' is not a valid reason for a return if your order has been received, our delivery timelines are outlined on our website. Where an order has not been received and our timelines are not met due to major logistical delays, we can only provide a refund once package loss has been confirmed.
  • The refund & exchange policy does not apply during service interruptions/natural disasters/unions strike/events beyond control situations.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Provide your order number and email/phone number at the returns centre
  2. Select the order which you would like to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided
  3. Once your return or exchange request has been submitted, please allow us to your request within 48 hours
  4. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and further instructions

IMPORTANT: The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you varies depending on the delivery destination.

      When will I receive my refund?

      • Once we receive your items, we'll process your return and initiate a refund to the original payment method. The time of arrival then depends on your bank but you should receive it within 2-6 business days.
