Sizing and Fit

What size should I get?

Our pieces have an athletic and slim fit  we recommend ordering one size up from usual for a more relaxed fit.

To ensure the perfect fit, please do review our sizing chart, available on every product page. Or feel free to contact us for assistance with sizing.

What if I get the wrong size?

Before purchasing, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart for your item. This chart is available via the 'Size Guide' button located beneath the product title.

If you need to make a return or exchange due to sizing, you can do so easily through our returns portal, accessible via the Help section at the bottom of our website.

How do I wash and take care of my item?

To help ensure your iterm lasts the test of time, we recommend following the standard care instructions for sports garments:

  • Hand washing or machine washing at 30°C

  • Turning the jersey inside out before washing and drying

  • Hang drying whenever possible to preserve fabric quality and prints

When will my order get shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you place your order. Your order is then prepared and processed within 3-6 days. After processing, your order will then be immediately shipped.

When will my order arrive?

Once an order is placed, it will be prepared and processed within 3-6 days. After processing, your order will be shipped via our overseas supplier partner, with a transit time of 7-13 days.

In total, you can expect a wait time of 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Where is my order? Has it been dispatched?

We will send a shipping confirmation, to the email you submit at checkout, as soon as your order finishes process.

If you cannot find your email, try the following:

  • Check your junk/spam folders
  • Search your email for False9, your order number or name(s) of item(s) purchased
  • If you still can't find your email, your order may not have been dispatched yet.

Once shipped, orders have a transit time of 7-12 days. Your local courier will receive the order in hand in the final phase of this transit. They will then deliver the following day, or a day after that at the latest.

Why is my order taking longer than specified

Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Albeit rare, the following situations can sometimes cause deliveries to take a little longer:

  1. Courier service depots can sometimes get so busy that parcels are delayed whilst they wait to be scanned and processed (typical delay: 2-3 days)
  2. If your address is a long distance from the depot it can take some extra days (typical delay: 1-2 days)
  3. International orders can face delays whilst being checked at customs, then passed to different facilities before they make it to your address (typical delay: 3-5 days)

If you have already waited an additional couple of days after your estimated delivery date, please feel free to contact our support team at info@false9fits.com and they will investigate this delay with the courier.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Orders over £50 get free shipping. Otherwise, orders have the following shipping costs:

  • United Kingdom - £1.95 
  • United States - $3.95
  • All Other Locations - £2.95 

Orders have a transit time of 7-12 days once shipped.

What can I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

We understand that mistakes can happen in the excitement of placing an order! You have a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) after placing your order to update your address as this is early enough in the order processing phase to allow this.  

Please double-check your address at checkout and ensure that it is correct to avoid any dissapointment or delay.

Please contact us at info@false9fits.com for any address changes.

If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we can arrange a reshipment or cancel the order and provide a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that mistakes can happen in the excitement of placing an order! You have a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) after placing your order to request order modifications as this is early enough in the order processing phase to allow this.  

Please double-check your order details at checkout and before making your payment to avoid any dissapointment.

Where is my order confirmation email?

An automated order confirmation email is sent out minutes after you place your order. This is sent to the email account used to complete your order at your checkout.

If you can’t find your email, please:

  • Search your inbox for "False9Fits" or the name of the item you ordered.
  • Check your junk/spam folders.
  • In rare cases, the confirmation emails may take up to 1 hour to be delivered.

Note: You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order finishes processing

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. To submit a return or exchange, please head to our Returns Portal.

Note: Customised items cannot be returned or exchanges as they are personalised to you.

Orders affected by quality issues are liable for a replacement or refund under our False9Fits Guarantee.

How do I make a return or exchange?

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of your purchase.

To submit a return or exchange, please head to our Returns Portal.

Once submitted, our returns and exchanges team will review the request. Once approved, you will receive a follow up via email with the return instructions.

Please bear in mind the following:

  • Customised items cannot be returned or exchanges as they are personalised to you.
  • We don't currently used pre-paid labels and the customer will be liable for the return postage charge

Once the item arrives back into our return pick up point and is received by our team:

  • Return - A complete refund will be completed to the card used to process the original order. You will be notified via email.
  • Exchange - The exchange order will be made and the order will start being processed. You will be notified via email.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to be processed to the payment card from the date when you receive the refund notification.

Where is my refund?

Once we receive your items, we'll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your refund has been issued. Please allow 2-5 working days from the date of this email for the funds to show in your account.

What can I do if my product is faulty?

We take quality issues very seriously. Should you receive a product that has a fault, please contact us at info@false9fits.com with the following information:

  • A full description of the fault
  • Photographic evidence attached
  • Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 60 days.
